PLEASE NOTE

1. Full payment is due for each booking no later than 8 weeks before the event date. This will be requested via a payment link 2 weeks before the deadline.

2. All November & December booking dates must be paid in full no later than 12 weeks before the event date. This will be requested via a payment link 2 weeks before the deadline.

3. Failure to pay by the relevant deadline will result in cancellation and reallocation of your space.

Stallholder Information

  • Trading hours: 10am–2pm (set up from 9am, clear by 3pm).
  • Indoor pitch fee: £30 (includes one 6ft table and chair supplied by the venue).
  • No food or drink traders can be accommodated.
  • We are currently full for soap-based products.
  • No additional tables/furniture may be brought in – all displays must fit within the allocated pitch.
  • Electricity is very limited. Any electrical items must be pre-approved and supported by PAT test documentation submitted with your application

Documents required with your application

  1. Public and/or product liability insurance certificate (advised minimum of £5 million).
  2. If using electrical items, include details of appliances and copies of current safety certification (e.g. PAT).
  3. Photographs (maximum 4) of your products and/or stall set-up at other events.
