PLEASE NOTE
If you are a new stallholder applying to trade with us from 1st August 2024:
1. You need to pay for your first market date in full at the time of application. (This will only be refundable if you cancel more than 14 days before the market date AND we can reallocate your space to another stallholder).
2. If you wish to book more than one market for 2024 you will need to pay a 50% deposit to secure each booking. (This will be non-refundable in all circumstances).
*Both payments for 1&2 will be covered by our adverse weather policy and will be refunded if the market is cancelled for any reason by us.
CUPAR AND ST ANDREWS MARKETS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY PAYMENT NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE MARKET DATE
By booking a pitch at the Market, stallholders agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions

Outdoor pitch hire for your own 3x3m gazebo with table(s) setup is £60 for Cupar and St Andrews.
Documents required please for Fife Council are:
- Application form
- Liability insurance
- Market risk assessment
And if applicable:
- Food safety pass certificate from local authority
- Any food hygiene course certificates
Plus upto 4 product/stall photos for using on our social media, website etc.
