PLEASE NOTE
1. Full payment is due for each booking no later than 8 weeks before the event date. This will be requested via a payment link 2 weeks before the deadline.
2. All November bookings must be paid in full no later than 12 weeks before the event date. This will be requested via a payment link 2 weeks before the deadline.
3. Failure to pay by the relevant deadline will result in cancellation and reallocation of your space.

You will be notified by 31st January 2026 about whether you have been successful or not and your event dates will be confirmed
Stallholder Information
- Trading hours: 10am–3pm (set up from 9am, clear by 4pm).
- Indoor pitch fee: £30.
- You need to supply your own 6 foot table. Free chairs will be available
- No food or drink traders can be accommodated.
- We are currently full for candles.
- No additional tables/furniture may be brought in – all displays must fit within the allocated pitch.
- Electricity is very limited. Any electrical items must be pre-approved and supported by PAT test documentation submitted with your application

Documents required with your application
- Public and/or product liability insurance certificate (advised minimum of £5 million).
- If using electrical items, include details of appliances and copies of current safety certification (e.g. PAT).
- Photographs (maximum 4) of your products and/or stall set-up at other events.
